1 col. (sopa) de azeite<br />
3 cebolas em rodelas finas<br />
sal e cheiro-verde a gosto<br />

1 xíc. (chá) de requeijão light</p>
<p><strong>MODO DE FAZER </strong><br />
1. Misture todos os ingredientes da massa e triture até desgrudar das          mãos. Envolva a mistura num papel-filme e conserve na geladeira por 20          minutos. Forre o fundo e as laterais de uma forma e reserve.<br />
2. Para o recheio, leve o azeite e a cebola em fogo médio e adicione o          sal e o cheiro-verde.<br />
3. À parte, misture os ovos, o creme de leite e o requeijão light. Acrescente          a cebola e mexa. Distribua o recheio na massa e leve para assar por 40          minutos.</p>

● 1 lata de creme de leite light sem soro<br />
● 4 col. (sopa) de adoçante granulado<br />
● 1 col. (café) de essência de baunilha<br />
● 200 g de cream cheese light<br />
● 1 envelope de gelatina em pó sem sabor já preparada</p>
<p><strong>Para a cobertura</strong><br />
● 1 xíc. (chá) de achocolatado light<br />
● 2 col. (sopa) de água<br />
● 1 col. (café) de margarina light<br />
● 7 biscoitos de aveia light cortados ao meio<br />
<strong><br />
MODO DE FAZER</strong><br />
1. Triture as torradas no liquidificador, ponha em uma tigela, adicione o iogurte e o cacau e mexa até formar uma massa. Coloque em uma fôrma antiaderente e asse por 10 minutos.<br />
2. Para o recheio, misture no liquidificador o creme de leite, o adoçante, a baunilha e o cream cheese. Acrescente a gelatina e bata bem. Despeje sobre a massa já fria e leve à geladeira.<br />
3. Agora, a cobertura: junte em uma panela o achocolatado, a água e a margarina. Deixe ferver em fogo alto até engrossar e ficar brilhante. Quando esfriar, passe a cobertura em um dos lados dos biscoitos com a ajuda de um pincel.<br />
4. Para montar a torta, desenforme em um prato redondo, posicione os biscoitos nas laterais, usando a cobertura para grudá-las na torta.<br />
5. Finalize adicionando uma camada fina da calda sobre à torta e leve novamente à geladeira por cerca de 30 minutos.</p>

1. Refogue rapidamente as fatias de abobrinha no azeite e no alho. Tempere a mistura com sal e vinagre balsâmico e reserve.<br />
2. Junte a ricota, o manjericão picado e as alcaparras. Amasse bem a mistura com o garfo. Asse as fatias de pão no forno por 5 minutos.<br />
3. Faça o lanche, colocando camadas de abobrinha refogada, tomate seco e pasta de ricota.</p>

<p><strong>MODO DE FAZER</strong><br />
1. No liquidificador, junte o leite desnatado, o leite em pó, os ovos, a margarina derretida e 4 col. (sopa) de adoçante. Bata a mistura por 10 minutos.<br />
2. Disponha em uma fôrma metade do creme e o pêssego cortado em cubos e leve para assar em banho-maria por 15 minutos.<br />
3. Despeje o restante do creme e cozinhe em banho-maria por 1 hora. Retire e deixe esfriar. Desenforme e cubra com a calda de pêssegos.<br />
4. Na batedeira, bata as claras em neve, acrescente o restante do adoçante e misture até atingir o ponto de suspiro. Coloque o creme sobre o pudim e ponha no forno baixo por 20 minutos. Leve à geladeira e sirva frio.</p>

● 1 lata de refrigerante de laranja light<br />
● 250 g de damascos<br />
● tomilho, manjericão e manjerona frescos a gosto</p>
<p><strong>MODO DE FAZER</strong><br />
1. Tempere o peru com sal, alho, vinho e suco de limão. Deixe marinar por 12 horas.<br />
2. Numa panela, ferva o adoçante, o refrigerante e os damascos. Escorra e abra-os ao meio.<br />
3. Recheie o peru com os damascos. Polvilhe as ervas, coloque numa assadeira com a marinada e leve ao forno por 3 horas, regando com o caldo a cada 30 minutos. Sirva com o molho da assadeira peneirado.</p>

● 150 g de farinha<br />
● 1 kg de batatas cozidas<br />
● 100 g de queijo parmesão ralado<br />
● 200 g de agrião cozido, espremido e triturado<br />
● sal a gosto<br />
● 400 g de filé de salmão<br />
● 4 litros de água<br />
● 2 col. (sopa) de azeite<br />
● 2 cebolas cortadas em tiras<br />
● 4 tomates cortados em tiras, sem pele e sem sementes<br />
● 1 col. (café) de manjerona<br />
● 1 col. (café) de sálvia</p>
<p><strong>MODO DE FAZER</strong><br />
1. Espalhe a farinha numa superfície lisa e sobre ela esprema as batatas ainda quentes. Acrescente o parmesão e o agrião, mexendo sempre. Acerte o sal.<br />
2. Corte o salmão em cubos. Abra a massa em pedaços de 3 cm de largura com 5 mm de espessura. No centro, disponha uma tira de salmão, enrole e corte em fatias de 2,5 cm.<br />
3. Coloque o nhoque para cozinhar. Enquanto isso, prepare o molho, refogando a cebola no azeite. Adicione o tomate, a manjerona e a sálvia e deixe no fogo por 2 minutos. Misture à massa e sirva quente.</p>
